Knee and arm pain

Hey.

Wonder if anyone could shed some light. For the past 3 weeks I have had knee pain. It’s not unbearable but quite sore. Feels inflamed. The same feeling around my elbow. I don’t understand as I haven’t fallen or hurt myself. Worse when I wake up but doesn’t limit activity’s.

Worried it’s something bad.

I can’t see why it would be “bad”. I’m assuming that you’re thinking you’ve got something wrong with you, because why else would they both hurt?
No idea, but I often get knee pain that can last for weeks (in fact reading this has made me realise that it’s gone!). See your doctor if it’s affecting your daily life, but if not then rest them up where possible and try very hard not to worry too much.
