Hello all,
I’m a 36 year old male in relatively good shape. I’ve been visiting this site for a few months and have decided to post after my anxoety has been building over an ongoing abdominal pain.
For the past 2 months I have been having mild pains in my lower right abdomen. About 6 weeks ago I completed blood labs and a urine test to help diagnose the problem. Everything came back normal and my worries lessened a bit and I stopped being so hyper aware of the problem.
However, within the past week I have been getting these full pains centerline, above my belly button. At first the pain was felt near my breast plate, and then over the course of two days moved down to two inches above my belly button. I still have the dull pains in my lower right abdomen.
I can’t sleep at night because I feel that these fit the symptoms of appendicitis (chronic) and that I have a ticking time bomb within me that can burst at anytime. The pain isn’t bad, but the anxiety keeps my up until 4 or 5am...
Does anyone have any advice?
