Irritated Nerve in neck

My neuro thinks the constant twitch in my left arm is an irritated nerve in my neck. Its been 4 months now with this twitch with a weeks break in the middle. No pain just the twitch is annoying me and aches sometimes. Anyone had anything similar??

I have pretty irritated nerves in the right side of my neck, and I get some tremors in some muscles on occasion. I also get some twitching in the upper pec. Its not getting worse and i've noticed it for many months now. I think that your neuro is probably right.
