Worried about MS

First poster here;
I've been worrying the past few days about MS, mostly because I've been having this constant, strange sensation in my right leg - like some deep muscles are constanly lowkey contracting, and I simply can't relax that one leg. It's frustrating and makes it hard to sleep. Movement is normal though.

Also feeling occasional pins and tingling in the right foot, as well as a sense of difference in vision, not blurry but like my eyes feel "lazy" (it's unusually straining to really focus on stuff).

I'm worried because when I googled this I learned that MS usually manifests in one part of the body, and I've been having these symptoms only in my right leg. However, I'm also prone to worrying about serious diseases.

Has anyone had a similar experience?

i just open a thread with fear of MS as well. I get tingling in the face,hands and legs.
And vision problems as "stars" and black dots

I googled and come back with MS .
Its 2 years now that i fear this, symptoms come and go
