Feeling of fainting and dizziness

Hi,

When talking to some people I have a feeling of fainting! Absolutely fine when I’m on my own and with some people. It’s as if I need to fight against it when it happens.

Anybody else have this? And is there anything I can do to stop it?

Hi Welshsailor,
I sometimes get this too and have done for years on and off. It's a right pain but you just need to stay calm and know it's just a feeling that will pass.
