Convinced myself that I have degenerative myopia. Please help

Please talk some sense into me - I'm going through a really bad patch of health anxiety at the moment.

My vision had be stable for years at - 4.25 but after having a baby it is now at - 5.

I am currently freaking out that I have degenerative myopia and that I will go blind.

I spent all evening googling and woken up this morning to google some more. I literally can't calm down 😔

Make an apt with an Opthamologist and find out what is... and what isn't going on with your eyes.

My eye soght worsens over time and I don't have degenerative myopia nor is my eye doctor concerned and why sight is way worse than yours (-12.50 in L and -9.50 in r)
