Shoulders/neck and hamstrings feel achy/sore

Hi everyone, I am passing through a very tough time. I feel useless and think I haven't accomplished much in life. I have been having, for almost 2 weeks, achy neck/ shoulders and achy hamstrings, just above the back of my knee. I also have continuous sinuses/ allergies and have what looks like to be a cold for the past 2 days.
I just wanted to know if someone experienced this and it wasn't something serious as I am in full panic mode.thanks for any input, btw I am 39, male.
