Hey there all, just joined today I’ve been suffering with panic disorder for the last year. I have just switched from citalopram to venlaflaxin which seems to be going well. It’s been quite a rough ride and many people around me just say get a grip if only they knew! Looking forward to chatting to people with similar issues stay strong :)

I have been suffering from anxiety and panic disorders for about 7/8 years.. normally it will go away for a couple years then come back for a couple months and so on... i am always here if u need someone to reach out to! I am seeing a doctor Tuesday for my anxiety and possibly depression.
