Voodoo Doll Pin Prick Feelings All Over My Body

This is a thing that happens a few times a year. I'll have a week or so of pinprick feelings all over my body. Just quick jabs, and then it's gone to a new part of my body. With it comes a feeling of just having walked onto a spider web. I want so much to believe its one of a billion anxiety symptoms I endure, but I cannot convince myself that's what it is. Please help me.

I get these too, sometimes i have to rub the affected place or it wont go alway. It feels like a needle is trying to go through my skin. I also get cold water sensation all over my body.

I've been dealing with this since summer 2016! It's on and off depending on my stress/anxiety levels at the time. I've gotten an MRI because of it, now when it happens I just dismiss as anxiety. Such a weird symptom! Let me know if you have any solves for relief.
