SSRI withdrawal, do Beta Blockers help

Hello all,

I have GAD and have been on SSRI's for years, trying to come off. At the bottom of the taper it gets really rough and I had to go up again last time. I heard Beta Blockers can help with the mainly panic that happens during withdrawal period. Do you have any advice or experience?
