Over checking causing body aches

Hi all, I have HA about breast cancer and yesterday I was overwhelmed with anxiety because I found a red spot that I know is most likely a bug bite. I started checking for lumps and lymph nodes repeatedly during the day and today I'm achy under my arms and on both boobs. Has anyone else caused soreness by overchecking?

Yes probably, our boobs are quite tender things really.
Hope the bite has gone down.

It's so ridiculous cause I know I'm causing more harm than good but it's such a terrible compulsion
