Hi i haven been suffering from anxiety for a few years now however it has gotten quite severe in the last year. I am going on a coach trip on the motorway for 4hours on saturday and i am dreading it. My life revolves around not being near a toilet and since the coach doesnt have a toilet i am terrified of having a accident. Also, im nt good with traffic and being stuck on a coach is already causing me anxiety. Any tips?
