Bruised feeling when breathing??

Hi all, for a week now i've been having a bruised/sore feeling at the lowest part of my throat, right between my collar bones.

The deeper i breathe in the more i feel it. It doesn't hurt but it's just a annoying and weird feeling. Same when you have sore throat but lower.
I only feel it when taking (deep) breaths in, not when swallowing.

I don't smoke or anything. What could this be? Should i be worried?

Did you bang your throat recently? Or are you on any hayfever medication?

Hi, my husband had something like that after he sneezed once. That was exactly how he described it - bruised feeling at the bottom of the throat where collarbone is. He had it for couple of weeks, never got it checked and it just healed itself.

Did not hurt my throat and not on hayfever medication either, i hope this will go away too by itself
