I have anxiety/panic attacks/agoraphobia

I think my marriage of 8 years is over. My choice. It hurts so much i feel so lonely. And that I'm losting his support.

Has anyone been through this?

How are you coping?

We've been apart 2 weeks. We've tried again. But same issues. It hurts so much. Then with my anxiety to deal with. I'm finding it so hard.

Yes, split with my ex-husband in 1996 after 15 years of marriage. The girls were 10 & 8 at the time. It was my choice, the relationship was dysfunctional and it was the best thing I ever did.

I'd just been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, so had had plenty of stress, anxiety and depression before this. It gave me the courage to end things. You're right about trying again, the same problems remain. Take care.
