Will this muscle and joint pain ever go?

I have fibromyalgia and have been given fluox to deal with the low mood of living with this.

I was in pain to begin with but since the fluox (4 days ago) my whole body has turned into a rigid mess and I'm in agony. Can hardly move my neck.

Does this ease off? It's enough to make a want to give up already.

It could also be psychosomatic, that you have taken the fluoxetine and your brain has talked you into a Fibro flare up so you can blame the meds for it..... if that makes sense,

But if caused by the meds it will be a side effect which will eventually (no idea how long I am not on Fluoxetine)
