Diabetes meds and anxiety

Started on 500 metformin before increasing dose after 10 days as advised. 4 days into the extra dose i developed bad stomach pains and it kicked in my anxiety levels i had to lay down as i also sweated heavily. It eventually wore off but my stomach is still uncomfortable. Has anybody had this and can share their experience.

sounds like you could have had a bit of bug which coincided with you uppong the dose.
