Nosebleed and spitting up blood.

Hi.

I've had my first nosebleed in memory yesterday, the flow was heavy and it was around 3 am, my spit was slightly bloody.

This morning, i hacked up some phlegm to check and there's red in it, and this has been happening intermittently the past two hours.

Please help me. I'm scared im dying from some sort of lung cancer.

It could be the heat. I know a few people that have had nosebleeds because of it.
