Shooting pain in left arm!

Hey guys. Hoping you can ease my mind a bit. Was just sitting here and had a random shooting pain go down the middle of my left arm. It even went down to my middle finger. Lasted maybe 2 seconds. Now I’m freaking out thinking it may be a heart attack!!

I had two heart attacks. The first caused pain in my left arm. I can assure you it wasn't some 2 second niggle! Besides, you wouldn't be here posting if it was something serious.
