Lump below center of chest

I’ve had this lump just under the center of my chest for a few years. I’m fairly skinny. And when I push down on it there is a hole in the middle and the sides are hard. I’m kind of scared it’s a tumor but think it might be my bone, it’s also kind of squishy

Could be that you are just feeling your xiphoid process. Is what you are feeling near your sternum?
