Random muscle spasms and twitches over body. MND fears!!

Hello everyone,

for the past couple weeks, I have been having muscle spasms/twitches over my body. My feet started twitching, and my hand twitched too, in between my thumb and index finger.

My left thigh twitched a couple times yesterday.

And here's the scariest one....today, I was standing up on my two feet, and shifting my weight, and shifted weight onto my left leg...

As I did so, my left buttock seized up (not painful), and started vibrating like crazy. It was a muscle spasm.

I heard muscle spasms are a symptom of MND, and I have been s*** scared for so long.

PLEASE HELP

Twitching is a common problem, MND is not. In your case it sounds like benign fasiculations. These are very common and tend to occur all over the body (rather than in one place initially, as with MND).
So many people on here have been down the MND rabbit hole (myself included- I’ve been down a whole warren!!), so have a browse and you will find lots of people suffering similar symptoms (but who DONT have MND!).
