For the last hour my left cheek has felt like it’s heavier or has a pressure . I did all the stroke tests and am fine, but maybe it’s still a stroke ?

IMO, you wouldn't be on an anxiety website asking about it if it were a stroke.

Then you should trust your own judgement on this. Also, very unlikely at age of 30.
