Eyes? seizure?

I was sat in station and looked up from phone and saw flickering in line. May have been shadows of people walking interacting with carpet pattern (lined) but worried it was a seizure?

If you think it was a seizure, why haven't you been to a hospital? Undiagnosed seizures require urgent attention.

I have had so many weird vision disturbances over the last 5 years since being diagnosed with healthy anxiety. They scare the hell out of me but getting my eyes checked to find out why scares me more. What im trying to say is I’m still here, and I’m pretty sure they aren’t seizures. I have actually had the exact same disturbance you described, I think it is just an optical illusion.
