Have I just created this symptom?

Hi again. Well we all know what I'm worrying about. It's two words and the first word begins with B and the second with T.

Since yesterday, I've noticed that it's taking my brain a second to think of a name. I was talking to a friend and we were talking about catfishing, but it took my brain a second to come up with the word. This has also happened with many other names.

I've had this before but not this frequently. Anyone else?

anxiety and stree causes this my goodness sometimes I forget who l am its normal to do this even without anxiety try not to overthink it x:)
