Hello. I have had anxiety depression most of my life. Have alot of anxiety over health issues. Had sinus surgery in 2011. They took out too much nasal tissues and needless to say causes lots of issues with sinuses breathing. My condition is called empty nose syndrome. But what really my issue now us my adult daughter is moving in with her boyfriend with wedding in near future. I have been having severe anxiety and now feel the need to cry almost constantly. Anyone out there with empty nest syndrome? Could use some support.feel like I am losing it. Thanks
