Rash on wrist

I wondered if someone could help me as I'm in full blown panic...i woke up today with tiny little spots and bumps on my inner wrist that itch a little, and to night it has spread around the wrist and is feeling even more itchy now...i cant think what this could be apart from wearing a bracelet two nights ago and thinking this could be a reaction to that, its very hot at the moment could this be heat spots? Pls could someone advise? Thank you :scared15:

l have had this if l wear something like costume jewellery l come out in a rash tiny little itchy lumps its a reaction try not to worry, if its still concerning you see your doctor im sure you be fine :hugs:
