Systemic illness

Hi

I’m concerned about symptoms I’ve been having since Sunday night.

Did not sleep very well and in hindsight it was probably a mild fever.
Yesterday had a bit of a chill on me and feverish again during the night.

Today i have been getting medium cramping stomach pains without sickness or diarrhoea. I also have sore armpits but i originally attributed that to new deodorant

Now I’m worried because fever without other symptoms can be c.... its certainly not a cold/flu.

I have lost ALL energy, cant even get dressed.

Why does it have to be cancer and not just a virus/bug thing?

I have phoned 111 and one of the symptoms they picked up on which I didn’t think about was less urination today.

They have told me to go to a&e but its so far away and the thought of getting ready is draining
