This isn't technically my first post as I didn't notice this sub-forum before I posted in Health Anxiety. I've been a lurker on this forum for a long time and decided to finally start posting. I'm 36, male, and live in Minnesota, USA, with my wife and four kids. I've always been a somewhat anxious person and have been suffering from intermittent bouts of more severe anxiety since I was 23. I'm currently undergoing a bout of health anxiety and posted more detail in that sub-forum. I look forward to being a more active member of this forum!
