started with panic ataacks 5 years ago ,rare all due to sinus trouble , gettin daily now , 3hours sleep last to days,dr gave me diazapam and tomazopam n one for night, good start took night one today ! one side of nose bunged, does clear sometimes.currently bunged, freakin me out cant get on with life/sleep, based nr conwy
