With this CD, I felt I had to listen to it a couple of times before I felt I really could write some comments. I dont really know why this was, whether it was just the frame of mind I was in at the time or whether I needed to listen to a few times before I could relate the topics to me. I think it was more to do with me listening to the CD too late at night when I was tired rather than anything else.
Anyway, once I got to grips with the topics I found them very good. Particularly the topics on Control and trust, Being in control/perfectionism and Worrying what others think of me. All of which I believe help to keep my anxiety in contol of me. I find myself wanting to control everything... my body and symptoms etc and I know that its better to keep things into perspective and aim for 90% and not 100% as you put it.
Overall, I found this Cd had a lot of valuable points and very informative.
This Cd was very good too.
