Hi peeps, just thought i'd tell you i'd been up to. At the moment im taking the condition management programme. I've been doing this course for 2 weeks now. The course is run by the job centre and nhs, it involves helping people back work, "by helping them". As such its not therapy, its giving yourself a step in the right direction. The course involves Anxiety management, relaxation, problem solving, as in rationalising situations. Health and wellbeing, principles from CBT etc etc.
Up to now it has been a very informative course, although i did not have a good first week due to my Social Anxiety. The second week was excellent and i was able to open up in a group environment, which is a big thing for me. And to speak in front of others.
So i'm lookin forward to next week now, Stuart:D
