Anyone else experience extreme hunger on Escitalopram?

How long have you been on it? I'm day 3 and not hungry at all - only when my tummy rumbles I know to eat. Have you noticed any other side effects?

This time round i have been on it for a month now, the hunger is just too much for me to bear as i have major problems around food anyway. All of the other SSRI's have been the opposite, no appetite at all? I also have other effects mainly zero concentration and certain parts of my ocd are escalating beyond belief, don't think i will be on them much longer somehow!
Hope you are ok on them though?
