I did it!!!!!

Today my mum and dad were going to sainsburys.They asked if I wanted to go along with them and I said not today.I usually go out and about with my partner,just feel safer.Dad kept asking what was up so I said Im really anxious today,and all these negative thoughts kept going through my head.
After about half an hour I had a think about it,I cant let this anxiety run my life.I got changed and I went along to sainsburys.I coped, I didnt panic Im pleased to say.I know its not much but I wasnt going to let it beat today and it didnt.:yesyes: :yesyes: But who knows about tomorrow.:shrug: :shrug:
