Angry and tight chest

I have been getting an angry feeling in my chest over the past couple of days for no apparent reason...it may be frustration but I'm not sure but I haven't felt it before. Can this be a symptom of Anxiety..I've just been reducing my citalopram down to 10mg from 20.

Im know expert but a reduction in meds will do it.

Seems like I may have acid reflux- I have a burning feeling in my chest today that feels like it could be it. Would this be caused by the frustration the other day and the worry it has caused me ( thinking it is CJD etc)

Feel like I am going mad, my heart is beating faster than usual and I can feel it.
