Channel 5 - programme about OCD

Tomorrow on Channel 5 at 8pm there is a programme about OCD. It is called "obsessions ruined my life".

May be worth watching.

I watched it, i don't have ocd but it helped my boyfriend understand my panic/anxiety a bit more!

Watched the programme and found it very good, not sensationalised at all.

It showed one of the people who had overcome OCD, one that was having successful treatment and progressing and one that was unable to even start on the road to recovery.

Overall a good cross section.

I taped it if you want a copy sending down.

It really helped me, as one of the guys was suffering from thoughts of hurting his daughter by throwing her in a bin whenever he was out and showed how he overcame it. It was really good and shows all us anxiety suffers get really hard phobias.
