Hi, had another good week on the condition management programme. This week it involved communication and assertiveness. Which involved a bit of role play to practice assertiveness, like when somebody asks you something and you always do it(e.g.always doing things for others and never yourself).
Instead this time you should say no and stick by your decision, so being assertive. Communication involved verbal and body language, the body language was really important ask you can something but if you don't have the body language to go with it, You may give off the wrong signals.
Also goal setting and organising your life better by setting schedules. And organising your time better. Very usefull if you have kids and not much time.
