BUMP

Hi
My name is Robin Hall. I am co-author of the CBT4Panic programme that is recommended here on nomorepanic

I just wanted to let everyone know that the programme will be available permanently FREE online from now on.

You can access all the CBT workbooks, 56 Videos and emergancy audios and Therapist/Patient Dialogues at the following URL

http://cbt4panic.org/

We desperately need your support to get the website out to as many people as possible. Please check it out and share with others who might benefit.

Thanks and I wish you well on your journey of recovery.
Robin

Thanks KK :-)

And if you sign up for the course (FREE) on Udemy.com you can download all the books to read offline

It's a shame that there appears to be little uptake on this, KK. I know it doesn't suit everyone's needs but giving it a go is such a better option than just flooding the boards with negative threads and posts which don't go anywhere.

I agree. There appears to be very little feedback from members here. Perhaps Robin should charge again?

I think he should charge because it gives the programme a sense of value and worth. Not a huge amount but something which would make the user want to give it his or her best shot?

It's a shame that people tend to associate "quality" with money but I'm afraid it is true :lac:

Hope people take advantage of prog while it's still free!

MNIT - it has been free for a long long time now.

Sorry Nic, I was deleting my comment about that as I realised he changed it again

There are a lot of bad sellers out there, some free, that contribute to the bad rep in this sector so some may be wary. Worth trying in my opinion though and people shouldn't worry about the author in this respect.
