Had to drive on the highway today. On it there are a few tunnels, longer one 4km long. I had a panic attack while driving through it, with classic anxiety symptoms that I get - fast hear rate, difficulty breathing, numbness at the back of my head.
I tried turning feelings of fear into anger and started cursing loudly at the tunnel, lol. It kinda worked, but still wondering if anyone else experiences similar problems when driving? Also do you have any good practical tips for dealing with this?
