Which of your triggers would you say sounds the most ‘unreasonable’ to people without anxiety? For me, it’s the shower. I had massive anxiety around having breast cancer for about 3 years and, since you most often see yourself naked in the shower, the anxiety related to that always pops back up in the bathroom, even though my anxiety surrounding breast cancer isn’t really an issue anymore. Since I can’t really avoid showering, it’s something i’ve got to face on almost a daily basis and that’s obviously not a very enjoyable experience. Anyone else have unreasonable/inconvenient triggers?

mine is using the toilet. it's not going to the toilet, but it's having to lock myself in a small room whether it's at home or in public. i feel like if i faint no one can help me and i start freaking out until i'm out haha!

Kids. My biggest anxiety fear/worry is that I’m a pedophile, and whenever I see a kid my mind starts to race and I start to freak out and leave the store.
