So I am 16 years old and 6 months ago I went to the orthopedic surgeon and he said I have a 16 degree spine curve. I asked him if it will get worse and he said it’s a very low chance since my bones are already fully formed.

I occasionally get back pain and it makes me anxious.

Back pain is 100 percent normal with scolosis
