Hello, I'm new

Hello everybody,

just wanna say hi to all you fighters. I suffer from anxiety, depression if I have to name feelings and thoughts. Im on meds, in the moment going through third epizode (pattern: big changes or being close to independence) and I'm going to psychotherapy - group analysis for 5 years. Despite psychotherapy everything came back. That's all for now.
