Has anyone else had this issue before? When I lie in my side my symptoms seem to get worse within minutes, I get ringing in my ears, numbness in one side and issues which feel a lot like a trapped nerves (difficulty moving mouth, fingers and toes).
I'm worried I'm making my problems worse by sleeping on my side, but its basically the only way I can sleep (despite months of trying not to).
