Worried about stomach noises

I have been having a lot of stomach issues lately, mostly bloating but now I’m starting to notice this weird symptom. When I move or push my belly out I can hear liquid slushing and gurgling about in my stomach. I’m worried this could mean it isn’t emptying properly and I have some sort of blockage.

My other half's stomach does this all the time. I enjoy listening to it. Doesn't sound like anything to worry about.
