I have been suffering from a sore neck and happened to be inspecting my muscles in my neck by slowly rubbing them ( stupid idea ) and on my right side .. about an inch above my dollar bone I have found a pea feeling lump. It isn't tender and I came across it by accident. I have not been sick . I believe its movable as it feels like it slides under my fingers . Not out of position but somewhat jumpy if that makes sense . It's not huge. Likely less than 1 cm but that's pure guessing. I haven't been sick . I am very very tired all the time but also am b12 deficient and have a 7 month old baby . For the last 4 days I cant leave it alone and am freaking myself out . Thinking I was meant to find it and it's something sinister. So scared
