Hi, so yesterday, i noticed that i had pain in a part of my throat, below the adams apple on the thyroid (side question, is it normal to be able to feel the thyroid? because i can)on the left side. both sides are the same size. the day before that i had a rigorous arm day at the gym, and i did shrugs while looking up. could i have strained a muscle im mistaking for the thyroid? im concerned i have thyroid cancer (which i know is very treatable) but i want to catch it early if it is. Thanks!
