Health anxiety about rash

I’ve been getting these rashes on different parts of my arms, I have. I have no idea what’s causing them and haven’t found any similar rashes on google. Please let me know if you know what they are.

If you can’t see it it’s basically a bunch of little red bumps clustered together. They don’t itch but every time I look at my arm there seems to be more, I’m really starting to get worried

Just go to your doctor and have him or her look. There is nothing we can do for you, but I can tell you there are enough skin conditions to require an entire department of dermatology professionals, and almost all of those conditions are not even remotely dangerous.
