Vision problems

Anyone get vision issues when tired? I cant seem to focus my vision properly like its swimming and my vision wobbles. I also feel dizzy like to room is moving about. Its always a lot worse when tired, even scrolling through my phone makes me feel like im bobbing about and my head feels all heavy and spaced out.

Yes, I get this, too and it's completely normal. Your eyes are like any other muscle in your body...they get fatigued with overuse! Especially if you spend a lot of time looking at a monitor or staring at a bright object (phone screen) in a dimly lit room.
