Health Anixiety sufferer - ALS

Hello there! I’m a 33 year old male who has been dealing with health panic issues and perceived neurological problems since around 2007. I am currently going through a very rough period of fears of having MS/ALS that is consuming my thoughts and affecting my life to a very significant degree. I would love to talk with others who have experienced the same types of fears and discuss the steps to get better. Thanks to all and good luck in your “no more panic” journey!
