Mole question

Hello everyone! I'm a 21 year old brazilian and recently found myself with health anxiety and panic attacks.

I'm kinda worried about my skin lately. I'm currently removing a wart in my left thumb (without going to a dermathologist first, maybe a mistake, I mean, what of it isnt a wart) and that made me a little bit obsessed over moles in my body. I also noticed that many new moles appeared throughout my body during the last couple of months struggling with health anxiety. One particular small red mole in my chest caught my attention (posting a pic of it). Should I worry about it/get checked? What do you guys think?

Also thanks for everyone in this forum. It helped me to see things more clearly and rationaly! Went to a GP a few weeks ago to check other silly concerns and had normal blood /urine/stool test results. He didn't seemed worried about the wart but I didn't mention the mole (hadn't noticed it yet).

Hi Tuba.

I'm not a specialist so I'm in no place to look at your photos any meaningful advice in that regard other than - if you are worried make an appointment with a dermatologist. They can tell you within seconds whether they are concerned, which from what you've explained, they most likely won't be. If you are like me and struggle to trust the doctor that's a different kettle of fish :blush: - another user kindly linked me to some online CBT that I'm going to try to work on that side of things, something like that may be of use to you too :)
