View Full Version : how can I wake up feeling better?

During the day I feel like I make real progress and at night I feel so good. Then in the morning I would feel fine until I check for symptoms or check to see if I feel off or depressed and sure enough I do because I reminded myself which triggered my obsessive thoughts. And bam. Back to square one. Its like each morning is a reset. I mansge to stop my obsessive thoughts but the moment I wake up from a nap or sleep its like I forget. And then I spiral again. Anyone have any ideas that could help me bring this over to the next day?
