Haven't pooed in 2 days [Archive]

I am very worried I have not pooed in 2 days. Over these two days, I have been eating less but idk if this is what is causing it. I read online that I could have something life threatening and now I am very worried. Any advice?

I sometimes go a week without pooping. I'd eat something with fiber, drink extra water, and give it a day or two.
